Steaks and roasts are individually vak-pak'd. Burger comes as chubs.
Steaks are each between 15.5 to 16.5 ounces
Boneless chuck roasts are each between 3.5 - 4 pounds

You may pick-up your order at your choice of the Ranch (any-day) or Lolo/Missoula (select days).
If you purchase a Whole or Half Beef, you will be charged by Hanging Weight (“on the rail”) at a Whole Beef = $3.85/pound and a Half Beef = $4.15/pound.
Additional processing fees for cut and wrap will be applied by Lolo Locker and will be a separate charge.
Average animal weighs 950lbs.
We can accommodate smaller orders and specific cut requests with a $150 minimum purchase.
